Website Worksheet
The website worksheet asks you questions you should be thinking about when creating or updating your site.

Development Process
- Initial Free Consultation
We set up an appointment and discuss what you would like in your site. When we are confident we have heard all your ideas we will send you a written estimate, project proposal, and our development agreement. Once the agreement is signed we will move forward.
- Concept Development
At this stage, we will begin to develop concepts for your website. Think of these as rough drafts of what your site will look like in it's final stages. We set up a special place on our website for you to look at our progress. At the end of each day, or when we've got a substantial amount of work completed, we will contact you for your thoughts. We have found this way works best as you will have the opportunity to give us constant feedback on our progress.
- Content Assembly
While we are developing your new site, you will provide us with "copy" (the non-technical term is text) and any other media you would like included in your website. This can include images, audio video, graphics, etc.
- Site Development
After receiving final approval on the design, we will then begin building the website, incorporating the content you provided. During site development, we will continue to use the location provided during the concept development phase, where you will have the opportunity to review and approve the work in progress.
- Pre-launch Evaluation
After the site is built, you will be able to view all pages to make sure everything is exactly how you want it. This is the time to submit any desired changes and give final approval before the site goes live.
- Launch Website
After final approval, your website will be published on your domain, and it will be live and available for all visitors to see.
